and One-on-One as scheduled individually
- The 3-hour beginner class will introduce athletes to the movements, method, and terminology of CrossFit. Instruction will include lecture and hands-on work on form & movement, including incorporating a WOD to get the real feel of what CrossFit can do for YOU!
- Our Fundamentals class is designed to go over each movement at a slower pace which provides more detail than a regular CrossFit class, allowing for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches.
- One of the beautiful things about CrossFit is its infinite scalability. You will be taught in the fundamentals class how to properly scale our workouts to fit within your personal level. If scaling is not an issue for you, then you will be challenged with these workouts as they are prescribed with the fittest of athletes in mind.
- Don’t be worried about your fitness level. CrossFit is designed to include EVERYONE regardless of fitness level, ability, injuries, limitations, etc. In the fundamentals class you will be taught how to properly scale the workouts.

If you need or would prefer a one-on-one fundamentals class, that option is also available. The fee is $45 per hour, total $135.
The cost of the fundamentals class will be credited to your first month of any of our membership plans.
